Please join the No Way to Treat a Child campaign to hear from Sadaka Ireland about their campaign to raise awareness of the violence Palestinian children face during school. This is an exciting chance to learn from activists who are deeply rooted in their community and have decades of experience advocating for Palestinian children. Sadaka recently led advocacy efforts resulting in the Irish parliament condemning Israeli authorities’ annexation of the West Bank.
We’ll also discuss recent attacks on Palestinian children by Israeli settlers and how the settlement enterprise contributes to violence against Palestinian children and families. My colleague Jennifer Bing from American Friends Service Committee will also be sharing stories from her experience working as a teacher in Palestine, which adds context and urgency to Sadaka’s campaign.
