Tova Fry was part of the AROC organizing team for Block the Boat in Oakland in 2014. Having recently moved to New Jersey, she supported AROC’s Block the Boat media team remotely as ZIM tried to return to the Port of Oakland for the first time since 2014 in May of this year. Tova helped to reactivate Block the Boat NY/NJ as part of the Block the Boat International Week of Solidarity in June. After moving to N.J., she also joined Northern NJ Jewish Voice for Peace.
